Alessandro Bianchi fell in love with Villa Franciacorta in 1960, the year he married,began taking care of this land and its inhabitants with great attention and respect for the place, but even more so for the people.
A social attention from another era, pursuing the quality and dignity of life of those who work, before the possibility of income. Bianchi, with the help of competent consultants, runs the company, supported only and exclusively by the presence of his father, who has been retired for years, but he brings with him his children, Nico and Roberta. They have been with him since they were young and have lived every moment of transition and growth of the company, often collaborating during summer and Christmas holidays, as is customary in family businesses where learning by doing allows to form the roots of the future entrepreneur.
However, it is Roberta who, since she was a young girl, participated in the organization of various events following in the footsteps of her mother Ivonne and during her studies she worked to create new spaces dedicated to tastings
She breathed, from an early age, the good practices of acting with coherence and brought scientific cutting-edge preparation to the company, with a strong push towards research, sustainability, and obtaining organic and environmental certifications, without ever neglecting her distinctive trait: creativity, convinced that excellence lies in the details.
In the 1980s, the family expanded and laid the foundations for projecting the new generation into the future
Paolo Pizziol, who joined the company in 1984, immediately became a point of reference for Alessandro Bianchi, who was fully committed to the technical area of the OMFB hydraulic-mechanical company founded with his two brothers. The support of the future son-in-law proved fundamental in assisting the founder in the daily management of the administrative sector.

From Roberta and Paolo, Alessio was born in 1997 and Matteo in 1999. The two brothers, as it was for Roberta, grew up in the company and continue their professional and educational paths, but they do not deny their presence at tastings, during the grape harvest, and whenever their presence is required, carrying on the long family tradition.
